AMD graphical glitch on OLED monitors, any possible fix?

@GodisanAtheist took a screen of your post from another thread of mine to make my point, so you can see what I am seeing

Anyways, all images on web browsers are like this, doesn't matter if I turn off light mode, dark mode, or hardware acceleration, etc. Games run perfectly fine and no issues. HDR is always off in Windows and the monitor.

no issues at all other than web browsers, and it doesn't matter which web browser, they all do this black out to images... anyone know how to fix it? fyi that is @GodisanAtheist profile picture in the upper left corner, it won't even let me take proper screenshots. what the fuck bruh

edit: f12 in steam games still takes perfectly fine screenshots. and again games have 0 issues. hmm strange.

most websites work fine, like this article from techspot looks completely fine on my end


just a lot of the embedded images here make my OLED monitor freak out for some reason i guess, i dunno, not a big deal
