Amd Hd 5650 mis reporting

So i have a acer with a i5 m430 and a hd 5650 its one of those systems with switchable graphics Intel gma- the 5650
So if under windows 7 i install the 5650 drivers from acer it works fine
If under win 7 i install amd latest drive it shows up as a hd 5000
Windows 10 (what i need to run) Cant run the acer driver and with the latest amd driver shows up as a hd 5000
So i need it to run the hd 5650 driver from amd but i cant get it to work for the life of me
Ive been dduing between install attempts

the drivers rename the card, it's not an issue with it showing as the 5000 series

just install the latest supported driver and stop worrying about the name change

but the car doesnt work right in this state
Information not showing up in gpuz
"No amd hardware connected to this display" ect

windows 7 and 8 drivers can be installed into windows 10, you may need to manually choose the updated driver via device manager

1. install the latest win 7/8.1 AMD driver (this unpacks into C:\AMD\blahblahblah)
2. in device manager, manually update the driver from this location

I had a HP APU + HD 5000 series GPU and it was pretty bad for this sort of thing, i just used an older working driver and left it at that. HP never updated it even once after launch, sadly.

No 1 Its any driver that is not acer makes it a 5000 system
No 2 the acer driver is win7/vista i have tried to install though device manager It does not work Low res ect

the hardware may not work on a newer OS then - you may need to disable it and stick with the intel graphics, or use a different OS (7/linux?)
