Have you tried downloading the AMD chipset drivers direct from AMD.com? these will be the most up-to-date which isn't always the case for drivers from the motherboards website, though I fail to see how this would improve anything relating to your display.Cannot seem to find this driver.
Likewise mine is listed under PCI Bus and the driver version is 220.127.116.11 dated 14/12/21It is just called Pci Bus on my computer. When I open it, the driver provider is AMD. It is not v18.104.22.168 though. But v22.214.171.124.
