i am a noob at overclocking but today i started to overclock my cpu a little bit. i have a locked multiplier of 13x so i have been increasing the fsb. default speed is 2.6 ghz with 13x multi and 200 fsb

i will attach a screen shot of what i am testing right now. my question is do i need to change anything to make it better?

that's a good clock right there but since your multi is locked it could be hard to get anymore out of it

Lower your HTT and northbridge multipliers to keep them around 2000mhz for testing. Then, try and increase the reference clock higher. Take a look at the CPU-z link in my sig. Locked multiplier processors can overclock very well, provided you have patience and know what you're doing (plus, you get more satisfaction :)).
