AMD Radeon 7950 headache

As stated, I've got received this card today from my costumer and he said the card won't post or display. So tried and his right then i put the card on second pci-e slot first slot is Nvidia, surprised the AMD card is there I installed driver and no problem. But when I install on 1st pcie slot just black screen the monitor light turned green but no display. I tried to flash but it says error adapter not found. Tried all slot but error still there.

I mean whatever position it was set at try and if no boot then flash. Try the other position and see if boots if not flash.
