I suggested an OP run the app to check their temps. They receive the error processor not supported.

Realtemp is Intel only and not supported anymore since Sandy Bridge if you check the changelog (latest version 2012). I recommend using HWinfo. Alternatively Ryzen Master also shows temps.

Coretemp should also support all AMD chips at least they claim to on their website. Cant comment on the CPU support as Ive mainly used it with older Intel and AMD chips.

I've been using Coretemp for quite a while and using it on a AMD 3700X and it's within a degree or two of what the latest BIOS is showing.

Not sure on the 5xxx series or the AM5 7xxx series.
