AMD today released the latest version of its Adrenalin graphics software. Version 23.2.2 WHQL works with all GPU generations dating back to the RX 400 series. This release adds optimization for "Atomic Heart," the much awaited survival horror FPS, as well as "Company of Heroes 3." Some display corruption observed with window-switching for the Netflix app, has been fixed. Maximum video encode bitrate being limited to 100 Mbps for some applications, has been fixed. AMD Bug Report Tool pop-up or system hang on some hybrid graphics notebooks, has been fixed. An application crash noticed with "Hitman 3" with RT enabled, has been fixed. Valve Index VR headset showing a blank screen with 144 Hz on GPUs such as the RX 7900 series, has been fixed. A performance drop observed on RX 6000 series + Ryzen machines, has been fixed.

Just installed these, as always a flawless experience. My OC still works fine too.

Installed them when they where announced and no problems.

Waiting for the videos/tweets/articles from Nvidia bots or trolls, from tech support shops hoping to gain some extra publicity, or simply from tech sites payed from Nvidia, to tell me that these new drivers will break my GPU die in pieces while at the same time forcing the PSU to explode.

Installed them over the old one,no issues.

Don't forget it causing PC boot issues and corrupting Windows but AMD bots or trolls from tech news sites don't want you to know about it.

Works well. Tested on several games and run 3D Mark's TimeSpy and PortRoyal. I got significantly more points than ever in the latter one while on TimeSpy just a bit more. Stable as rock also.

6900XT here. HDR not working with 10bit pixel format ... :shadedshu:

I'm getting really tired of AMD drivers.

Yep, AMD drivers are trash, Kodi can't use hardware acceleration, 10 bit and VRR doesn't works with Samsung Smart TVs.

Why would you need to force 10-bit pxiel format with OpenGL?

HDR kinda depends on 10bit color to work right.
FYI the 10-bit pixel format setting in AMD drivers is only for some OpenGL software.
It doesn't do anthing for DX or Vulkan and is not the same as normal 10-bit color depth output for HDR etc.

After the clusterfuck that was the last driver, I'm staying far away from new releases until NimeZ updates to them.

Was just about to say that.

Wish people would spend as much time learning how thing's work as they do complaining.
I wasn't complaining, just misunderstanding a complaint.

One thing is OpenGL 10 bit, and other thing is 10 bpc Color Depth, on Samsung Smart TVs (at least on mine) you won't get 10bpc Color Depth not VRR.

I admire what AMD is doing with these drivers, but they aren't ready just yet. I rolled back to December's drivers because the latest version has causes random pauses in my World of Warcraft gameplay. Playing high level mythic dungeons, that is a no go as every millisecond counts.
