Guys im hoping i can get some info from you coz im a newbie in building rigs, i want to make my first rig but cant decide which one ill use as cpu they say amd phenom IIx4 is good at gaming others say intel i5,cant any one explain to me the difference between the two cores?

When I built my system, I was looking at gaming benches of AMD vs Intel CPUs in the $100 price range. Intel had the E7400 for $120 at that time and nothing from AMD touched it in gaming performance unless I were to spend more money.

Right now though, you'll spend a lot more money getting something from Intel that will run as fast as something much cheaper from AMD.

now a days amd is chear with much power, "i think?" if ill go for dollar vs power i would go for amd but im also looking for a fast multi tasker cpu. Which one do you think?

Depends entirely on your location on earth. To a lot of us in the US Intel can be seen as the cheaper for price/perf.

i think your right coz here n gcc amd is cheaper, correct me if im wrong, amd or intel cpu it all depends on your setups only the price deffers?

Intel is in the lead for performance right now, but I do see price as a factor in choosing parts. For gaming the gap between the two could be seen as less.
