AMDVB Flash 3.31 shows SSID mismatch, 2.93 shows no adapter found, As i said, i cannot flash vbios via amdvbflash 3.31

My laptop CPU is AMD 6800H, GPU RX 6650M,
I want to change the RX6650M video card to RX6600M by brushing the VBIOS.
Because both graphics cores are the same, the GPU core is Navi 23, and the two graphics data is very close, except for the Device ID difference. Everything else is pretty much the same.
I was going to use the Hackintosh computer, but the RX 6650m ，drive didn't work, so I had to brush the Vbios.
I use AMDVB Flash 3.31, there is no way to force a refresh to RX 6600M, suggesting that the SSID does not match, and using 2.93 can not find the adapter.
I in version 3.31 command -F prompt command error, can not use-F, and then enter AMDVBFlash -P -FA -FP 0, also prompt SSID does not match.

I just want to change the Device ID to 73FF instead of the current graphics card 73EF, because 73FF can be used in Hackintosh without a driver.
