No idea but LEMMINGS!!!!!:D

You should put more effort into your typing and make it more clear what you are trying to ask. You asked a vague question which is unclear. Then you made a statement... which is also a question?
I am lost.
As an English speaker, consider taking an English lesson.

Please tell me what file it is.

Yeah, you are making little sense.

I will guess a couple comments:
- The Greaseweazle will automatically read in the correct format. Unless you want to do a raw read. I seem to remember that there is even a gui available for Windows now. So you should be able to read/write floppies with little technical knowhow.
- If you have existing floppy images you can mount them in an emulator to check what they are before going to the trouble of getting them to the Amiga

Yet another way to do it, this looks the easiest way to to it.https://youtu.be/aJ0g7lQQVus?t=13

So it's a rhetorical question?

Floppy images or floppy disks?

Images can be mounted directly in an emulator. Disks need to be read to an image with greaseweazle, then mounted in an emulator. If you have images you want to copy to a floppy disk, I would first verify that they are working in an emulator. Then you just follow the instructions and copy them to a floppy with greaseweazle.

Alternatively you put the disk in your Amiga and turn it on?

I'm guessing he speaks English far better than you speak his language. He's here for technical help; not a sanctimonious lecture. Try to bear that in mind.

You'd guess wrong he stated above he is native english.

I agree he borders on incomprehensible at times. I'm not actually saying that to be mean, it's just hard to help posts this vague.

Don't attack me but you can get Hard drives on Amazon for around $120 that will have every ROM on them. It is not like there are millions of physical copies of these Games but the Community still remembers. How many quarters did we sink into Moon Patrol or Area 88? It is not all bad either sprites look great on a 4K panel. 3D sucks though as you want PS2 and above. Those 3D Games like Medievil are unplayable after we have seen what is available today.

For technical help, please start by describing your question.
When you say "what file is it?", what are you asking? You are asking from multiple files, which one matters to you? You are asking, from this file, what format is it? You are asking, from this file, what version is it? You are asking, from this file, what game is it?
You are asking something. What? You have to keep in mind that the thoughts in your head don't occur to us until you write them down. Do some writing.
