When blowing out the dust, make sure you block the fan. If it only has dust inside, no need to use contact spray.

Assuming the voltages are still within spec I don't see why not. I use a 20-ish year old one for testing hardware atm.

ill open it up and take a look see if any swollen capacitors. not touch anything obviusly. see what uit looks like. tons of dust. will clean each connector too.

I'm still using an Antec EA-750 from like 2009. It has served my Pentium 4 3.00E, Phenom II X4 955, FX-8370 and Ryzen 5 3600. Will probably still be here for whatever comes after it too.
I've been through this box TWICE to deal with a squeaky fan. Open yours and analyze for bad caps, corrosion and a bad fan. Keep any insulation in place and make sure it's put back together properly. These must be a Delta enterprise rebrand or related because they last forever.

The Xilence XP550 is almost 16 years old and seems fine for the Intel 12600KF + RX 7600 combination I am currently using.
I plan to buy a new PSU in 2028 when this Xilence XP 550 will be +- 20 years old. If the caps are of high quality, you can use a non-modular PSU for 20 years.
A modular PSU has the problem that the connection points can deteriorate and (through the years) more resistance is built up, which reduces the efficiency of the PSU.
