Before I install the delicate components, Aorus z590 MB, 125w Rocket lake Intel cpu, Radeon RX 6700...
I had to move the psu to the front bottom to make room for the 120x240 AIO cpu cooler that will mount inside on top. I shucked all the 5.25" bays in favor of a 120mm fan. Sealed the old psu mount. The front mount psu has a 120mm pushing air into it.

Should work, Lian Li uses a relocated front mount power supply on a few of their older models such as the A05NB.

Was it necessary to cut the side panel like that? couldn't the PSU be mounted using the front fan holes? If the shape didn't allow one thing I did once was mount the fan outside the PSU then attach that fan to the case so there's certain width (what the fan allows) between the case and PSU housing.
And for the power you can get L-shaped couplers, usually sold for kettles and other things involving heating elements, so you might get a C15 instead of C13, only difference is a notch.

Unless you’re planning on running the radiator as an intake (which might be a good idea), I’d cut the top some more if you think the aluminum can handle the weight. As is, if used as exhaust, a lot of radiator heat will end up recirculating back into the case off of the top panel and heating the radiator.

I see what you mean. The cut-out should approximate the shape of the radiator vs. the fans. I can reinforce as necessary. Thanks.

The plexi side panel is quite scratched and yellowed over almost 20 years. It was already cut out for a fan on the other end. But you are right I should have considered esthetics as well as function. Thanks!

Here is an image with motherboard installed. Hopefully, cabling won't be a mess in this little box.

Finished the little Antec Super Lanboy project PC for my daughter. Buying a new case would have worked, but not nearly as much fun. Slamming all those addressable RBG wires into the case for the fans was a little challenge but it turned out OK. The empty 3.5" bay is for USB 3.0 connectors. GB Aorus 590 Master, Intel CORE i7-11700K, MSI Core 240 AIO, Sapphire Pulse Radeon 6700, 2x32gb Mushkin Silverline, 1 TB M.2 and 2TB SSD. Idling at about 26 degrees C.
