I'm playing a game called nail'd.
It looks amazing with post processing except for the motion blur.

I'm wondering if anyone has got an idea or link.

try looking though \Nail'd\Haste\Out\Setting\video.scr
 
Hrmm I don't have a copy here but I am sure it can be done(just a question of poking about and finding the right file to edit)
in the mean time you can just turn post effects off and then use sweetFX
