Im Going to buy one of this ''Antec Kuhler H2o 620'' to Cool Down My 1090t 4.0Ghz what do you guys think?

Haf is big enough to fit a large heatsink like d14 or silver arrow. Why not those? Id only score those h50, kuhler etc if space was premium. If you want performance and reliabilty, id go heavy metal. Those 140mm provided with the d14 or silver arrow is quiet as well

I Dont want a Big Piece of Aluminum And Cooper hanging of my cpu socket

Do you think the 620 can handle my 1090t at 4.0Ghz with good temps??
