I usually use GoDaddy.

That being said, for testing, you don't have to pay for hosting. You can just run it locally on your own self-created server after installing XAMPP.

I used to test my stuff at 000webhost.com many-many years ago. I think they still exist and offer free webhosting (PHP + MySQL).
Plus there's always an option of getting a free trial on other platforms. AWS has 3mo trial, and sometimes you can get promotional 12mo through various sources (got mine on edX few years back with one of the courses).
