I cannot see the Civilization V SDK, It's supposed to be in Steam --> Tools. It's not listed there I double and tripple checked, may be something to do with the region where I am, I tried manualy changing it but still no dice.

Can anyone upload or post an alternate link of the december version pls? After the december patch the old SDk doesnt work anymore.

Neah, that's not it that was my 1st thought as well.. I reinstalled windows recently and just plopped the folder after reinstalling the needed 3rd party componets. and it worked, untill the game got updated and then when I searched for the new sdk it wasnt there.

Did ask they said I should backup my game, reinstall windows, install steam, restore my game settings, and THEN I can go to Tools section and get the sdk again... either that or just get the zipped files from someone, should be about 17Mb free download. I thought I'd ask around, I could go to fansites like civfanatics but I said I'd ask around here 1st since I didn't want to create an account there just for this.:)

Funny thing is there isnt even any DRM protecting these files since it's free to use. The solution they gave me seems so counterintuitive.

The game's getting a lot of support lately, lots of major probl have been fixed in the last 5 updates including one particularly nasty memory leak.

Loving playing with the new 2 civilizations introduced especially the Inca's unique building. They are literally king of the hill with their unique terrace farms:)

unfortunately i haven't had as much time to game this winter as i had hoped... all of them are going unused. I actually welcomed the lack of good ones the last few months, saved my wallet ;)
