Does anyone here use WOW! for their ISP? What do you think of them? Do you suffer from many dropped connections or are they pretty stable and do they deliver on their quoted speeds? Right now I have TWC and am suffering from multiple T3 timeout errors throughout the day and that's with a new DIOCS 3 modem and a service tech visit the other day. From what I can see, their customer service is horrible but I truly hope to never have to use it. Just smooth reliable 30 down / 5 up speed for $39.99 a month.
