Hello guys,
I want to ask for something, hope it's right place (searched all of the internet probably). Maybe someone has this card and can help. First things first.
I've recently bought from the local notice site in poland this ^ broken GTX and fixed it. No picture but PC boots-standard. The men said that it died when he's child plays minecraft. It was not opened for 3 years. Thermal paste was stone and pads was dry what is a little strange. Checked everything including diode test PCI slot and all was good. There was only short circuit on 5V rail so I was very happy. After getting rid of it I tried to run for few secs and there was nice picture without any artifacts :D so also did by myself professional (BGA machine etc. not any kind of hair dryer xD) reballing with lead tin balls just for better lifetime due to this shitty lead free solder. New thermal paste, thermalpads etc.. Card runs nice but I suspect, it was in the miner. Why? And here I am to ask for help with that.
I suspect that I have flashed vbios but is there any possibility to change vbios on pascal cards? I didn't find that info. Core clock at desktop is 139Mhz and memory 405Mhz and it changes as it needs, 44-45C with passive cooler (geforce performance overlay-GPO). Sometimes it goes up hard when launching screen and sketch for example.
When I run, for example, BF4 it goes to even 1900+. I have aorus engine and when I use gaming profile there should be 1683 just like every info says, when oc profile, there is 1759mhz but according to GPO and GPU-Z I have almost 200 more. No matter what I choose I get 100-200 more in GPO and GPU-Z.
Fun fact, when I run valley benchmark it shows up 1911Mhz and GPO 1693 with 1539 set at aorus engine.
Is it drivers errors maybe?
Anyone with this card have same crazy values?
I've searched techpowerup vbios database and found only 2 bios for this kind of card but i don't see aorus version. There is 1 with same version bios like mine but with subsystem difference in ONE, ONLY ONE digit at the end ;_;.
Tried to flash, with protection maybe, this one but there is mismatch, also the model name are different. And yes, I know aorus is under gigabyte.

Is it normal or maybe some strange abnormal behavior? If it turns out that vbios is somehow modified and unfortunatelly it's from miner can someone save it's original aorus gtx 1070Ti vbios and post to database here? My model name is GV-N107TAORUS-8GD and vbios version 86.04.85.00.A0 and subsystem 10DE 1B82 - 1458 3793
Posting screenshots for better understanding.

Your Vbios looks fine and is stock.
Thanks so much for your .rom. I verified it with my and there are 2 mismatches, Legacy BIOS and License Certificate. After flashing, legacy bios mismatch disappeared so some changes were applied but nothing changed. Clock is still same and even after clean new driver installation nothing changed. I've watched in aorus engine gpu clock auto scan and there is curve what matches my values in GPO and GPU-Z sensors tab, though standard gpu clock are 1683 when in boost mode. So it looks like this card has to be working like that.
