How can they release updates to their operating system that increases or improves stability or security when it never crashes and never has any security issues?

While the Mac OS is far more secure and stable than any Windows OS I have ever used, it is not perfect. My Mac has Run 10.5 24/7 everyday for almost two years and I have had 0 crashes and 0 security problems. My PC on the hand is another story.

The 10.5.7 update installed perfectly and everything is running well if not a little snappier!
