I am wondering if its necessary to add 3 more case fans at the bottom inside a lian li cool 3 case for extra cooling. (not sure if necessary) to reduce cpu, gpu temps abit more?

If you're going noctua, go for the A12. Arctic P12 are really good but they do have a whine at around 12-1300 rpm... as long as you keep them below that at like 800RPM they're great.

(1) Arctic P12 PWM PST fan resonance - YouTube
^ here's a video, same for me - around 900 rpm and 1300 rpm you could hear it try to divide by 0. anything after or before those ranges sounded fine. The A12's don't have this -- they are perfect but they are also stupid expensive.

You also might want to take a look at phanteks and bequiet, they're also very good and a bit cheaper than noctua.

Post a picture, your specs -- and your current fan speeds -- that will determine if those will help do anything or if you're just spending money on extra noise.
