hi everyone am new on here so just a BIG HELLO from me 
right am having lots of problem with this motherboard turning it on ,
you have to reset it about 4 time befor the screen come on. and
the IEEE 1394 firewire has to be disable if not when it does turn on you have to press f1 .
has anyone got this motherboard and had the same problem and managed to fix this ?
the bios is the latest update 2.20 still no fix my cpu work ace in my friends motherboard and so does my ram both sticks and the power pack its driving me mad please help
specs are
asrock 970 extreme 4 amd3+
2x7770 ati vtx 3d crossfired
amd phenom ii x4 965 3.4ghz
corsair dominator gt 2x2gb 4gb 1866mhz
g7 880watts sli/crossfire ready power supply
zalman cnps10x performa heatsink
sata dvd-rw
2x500gb sata hard drives
aerocool strike x air gaming case
