I don't if this makes sense but I can pass hours of Prime95, 10 hrs. of memtest86, windows 10 memory test and 8 hours of orthos large FFT's at DDR4-4007, but when I played either Dying Light or Metro Exodus the system would lock up until I bumped up the vcore by two notches. Formerly I was running my memory at 3961 and 1.45V Vcore and now 4007 seems to require 1.47V Vcore (1.467V indicated in HWiNFO64). Why would a measly 40 Mhz. increase in memory speed require a bump in Vcore (the core and uncore frequencies are actually lower at DDR4-4007Mhz. than they were at DDR4-3961Mhz.)?
