In may i bought one new and a processor to and i got my ram memorys today. G.SKILL Trident Z Royal Series (Intel XMP) DDR4 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 4000MT/s CL18-22-22-42 1.40V Desktop Computer Memory UDIMM - Silver (F4-4000C18D-32GTRS). The memorys lights up and i get a A2 error code, not strange since i don't have any hard drive but i don't see any boot screen. I also tried 2 different graphic cards in the slot nearest the cpu. Still the same, I tried inserting a 3.5 drive without windows but still no screen and A2. And if i remove the graphic card it still shows A2. If i remove the memory it shows code 53. So it must detect memory.

I found the solution by searching for Asrock Z590 OC Formula code a2. I found that there are 3 switches for the 3 pci-e slots. Of course they was off from factory, must cause much confusion https://www.manualslib.com/manual/2293271/Asrock-Z590-Oc-Formula.html?page=35#manual

Installed an M.2 card and also Windows 10 pro. Only got a 120mm fan in the back end of this chassis. Cpu temp was around 47-60 with a 100mm and the motherboard 46. Put another 120mm at the top and then the cpu seems to be around 42 to 46 with a simple download and with 35 degrees in the room when the element got too hot. The motherboard is at 42. I have only worked with retro computers before such as Dell workstation and they tend to be cooler with 2 120mm industrial fans in the front and even without a cpu fan the cpu is around 27 in sleep mode. Guess artic paste can cool down the cpu more? This paste was more standard, maybe even the cooler was screwed in there a little crookedly. But be careful. The M.2 card is at 40.

Newer motherboards require more fans? MOS seems to be at 42-43
