I'm going to build a cheap computer (around $350 AU) and I've found a motherboard I'll probably end up getting. It's uatx and from what I've read it's just microatx.

Thing it, microatx is 6.9 x 6.9 inches, this is 6.9 x 7.9 inches. The case I've chosen is an ASUS tm-210 (microatx) and I was wondering if the motherboard would still go in it because there's next to no info on asus cases, not even on their site. Would it have holes in the right place basically?

This is my first time building one so I'm not too sure. I just want a cheap computer which I can put Kubuntu 8.10 on when it comes out! Oh the prices are in Australian dollars so don't be put off by the price!

Thanks in advance!

hi stephen,

did you meant µatx or uatx ?

the asus tm210 is a microatx case (µatx) and so is the m2n-mx se, no problem expected !

Well the asus site has that it's uatx but aparantly uatx = µatx = microatx

I'm probably wrong, lol.
