ASUS M3A32-MVP Deluxe Wi/Fi Problem?

Hey guys I need your help with this motherboard. Basically when I turn on my computer most of the time all I get is a blank screen and normal beeps or sometimes 2 beeps and the fan on my graphic card spins at 100%. For a normal boot up the fan on my card spins normally. Now some might say it is the graphic card but it is not as I tried another one, Then comes the 2 beeps that has something to do with memory but I got new Corsair Dominator sticks today and that didn't fix anything. As for cpu and power supply they are both fine. Know what is weird is that when the computer boots up normally everything is rock solid and even when I oc my cpu to 2.8 which I just did it runs prefect also keep in mind I get this problem even when I don't oc. Another thing that is weird it that when I change anything in the bios and accept I get that problem and have to shut down the pc a couple of times to get it to work.

Have you flashed the mobo to the newest bios?
 
Have you updated the MB bios or pulled the WiFi card out? Looking at your PSU I'm not a fan of the Thermaltake PSU's. We had a guy bring his system in twice and both times his 1000W and 1200W PSU's failed are test. Threw in a 600W OCZ and finished the rest of his test without issues. Another thing to try if you haven't already is unplug the power cord, set CMOS jumper to 2-3, remove the CMOS battery, count to 7sec, replace the battery, set CMOS jumper back to 1-2, plug her in, and turn her on(Oh YA!!).
 
Latest bios is on 1202, did the CMOS reset but that didn't help. As for psu what test did you do?
 
Do you have any other PSUs that you could try?
 
Not really just my bros 500watt. But why would it be the psu when my system is 100% stable even with crossfire and 2 hard drives, I also checked volteges and got 12.23v. Another beep code i get is 2 short 3 long.

Well it seems that my problem wasn't fixed with the new bios. I forgot to add that I get a beep code that is 2short 3long which is not even known?
 
Strange. I tried looking up the beep codes for the mobo but couldn't find any. Is there anything shorting out in your computer?
 
Not that I know off but I never had this problem it is recent the problem I had before was when I first got the system I would power on and it would go on for a sec (fans spin) and then shut off and I couldn't power back on so I had to shut of the psu wait for the power to drain then power the psu back and wiggle my graphic card around and it would boot fine after that.
 
Hmm. Try a minimal boot and see if that stops it. ie take out your ram and leave 1 stick in, unplug your dvd drive, one of your vid cards etc, just the bare minimums to boot and see if that stops it.
 
Tried the RAM idea, graphic card Idea, I will try the Drive Idea latter. I have 2hds and 1DVD all are sata.
