Don't use "ATIFlash"! Use what I believe is now called "AMDFlash" or similar. If it's any card that's made within most of the previous decade. Any model where the "AMD" logo is used, IIRC.

You likely got scammed. I suspect it's an RX 570 (or similar) flashed with an RX 580 VBIOS.
