ATI Issues?

I've spent the last couple hours looking for an answer, but have only been confused. Upon startup, two error messages appear, one after another:

"ATI Video Bios Poller: ATI2evxx.exe
Instruction @ "0x7c910c27" referenced memory @ "0x008b33e5." Memory could not be "read."

AND THEN

"ATI Video Biox Poller: ATI2evxx.exe
Instruction @ "0x0042257d" referenced memory @ "0x0000010c". Memory could not be "read."

Any solutions are greatly appreciated. The more specific you can be, the better - I'm computer literate, but need assistance when going into the "run" directory, etc.

Thanks in advance!!!

no idea, try to uninstall your drivers and use driver cleaner pro to get rid of old traces and install the latest, what .Net framework do you have installed

which is your card?
what drivers do you use?
what os you have install?

those are something to write first and then
you have any problem before?
is your motherboard bios updated?

please inform us correctly to answer you

that thing is ATi service IMO.It is used to switch the clocks and fan speeds and things I think. It also helps VPU recover.Dont knw any other thing about that.
