I know there is a thread in TPU somewhere about ATI + PhysX card Mod drivers but I can't seem to find it right now.

So I will make this thread brief and possibly someone could help.

So I recently installed the Modded Drivers to do ATI + PhysX card. But my question is.... with the exception of uninstalling the hack Mod is there away to disable and re-enable my PhysX card for PhysX use??? Kind of like you can when using a PhysX card with Nvidia cards? Or is the only way to uninstall the mod?

Thanks.....

Only other thing you can do is disable the card in the Device Manager.

Got one more question for you bud if you don't mind???? So anyway with my 6870 's notice they throttle down normaly when at stock clocks. But when I overclock and then let the cards idle at their new clocks.... the memory will not idle back down like it does at it's normal clocks? So my question is.... I know this has been happening since the 5000 series for people using Eyefinity. So do you think I am having the same effects but instead of Eyefinity it's because my computer sees a virtual monitor there because of the PhysX card mod?

I suppose I could uninstall the mod and find out for myself but I thought I would just ask to see if anyone else noticed this?

PhysX Mod 1.04ff

What Hybrid PhysX Mod are you useing, im useing 1.04ff, maybe if your useing a older mod it could be makeing a virtual monitor since on older OS's i think you had to make 1, but my PC dont show 1. My drivers are 10.10e and 260.99, and has worked great. but here is a link for you. http://physxinfo.com/news/3334/new-hybrid-physx-mod-1-04ff-is-out/ and if you look thru the post there some people linking stuff there that may help you out

It happens to all of us using certain drivers PhysX mod or not. Actually 10.11's don't do that, but they don't support the 6xxx series.
