When you say 400/275, one thing to keep in mind is you should leave the core at stock 380 before you try to overclock the memory.

Also I have heard of 9800SEs being sold as Pros, can't remember the story, and by looking here: http://www.techpowerup.com/gpudb/

9800Pro 380/350 or 380/340
9800SE 325/290

Your clocks look vaguely like the core of a 9800Pro (well all the 9800 series have the R350/R360 anyway so I imagine they all clock up to 380), with the memory of a 9800SE. It sounds to me like whoever sold this "9800pro" cheaped out on the memory.

I use ATI Tool and can get about 410-420 core and 360-370 memory on my 9800 Pro 128mb AGP.

Default 378/338.

No extra fans or cooling, just a plain old Dell Dimension 8300.

Your problem might be the brand, I use the original 9800 Pro.
