Ok I've been away from my comp for a few months now and have not been using it myself. I get back to it and find so very odd things on my comp.

I have no idea what my cousins did to my comp, but my drivers are far out of date. I tried updating to the latest ver and during install i kept getting errors and then the screen just stopped working. I had to restart boot into safe mode and system restore. Even after the restore the files in the pics are still there. I'm not good with drivers at all and really need help on how to get rid of these files and possible clean out the current drivers to freshly install new ones. Any help appreciated.
