Calibration is off on their logo machine. Scanned the front of my first case... RMA'd via amazon, 2nd is just as skewed.

Guess Amazon return it is CM support needs glasses.

It's definitely tilted counter-clockwise a few degrees. Some people don't have great attention to detail and might not notice it, in my experience.

I threw it in light room, its around 2 degrees off axis.

I understand your frustration as someone who can be very picky about things, but if you demand aesthetic perfection from an affordable mass market product from a major manufacturer, you're going to be in for a very rough ride with trying to get customer service to see eye-to-eye with you...the infamous warped 13th gen F-150 plastic dash panel comes to mind...

If other customer service reps aren't willing to do anything different for you, I'd put a nice lil minimalistic sticker of choice over it and call it a day, as long as there aren't more serious issues with your NR200. You could keep RMAing, but there's no guarantee that the next case won't have misaligned panels, uneven feet etc.

I have really crappy eyesight, but even I was able to see that it was slightly off kilter, lol. I AM a detail whore though, so that could be why I noticed it

Also, that CM customer service rep needs glasses.

yeah, but it's like they prefer their logo like that so they say it's absolutely fine

Itll be a collectors item in 20 years...
Seriously thats just shoddy workmanship. Id scratch that case off the list at a minimum. The cs rep should be canned.

It's much better to look at now.

could be, like err on hotwheels, you can keep it in original box and in few years the price would be higher

I thought about vinyl wrapping, they have offered to replace the panel, but unless I get a different batch its gonna have the same issue.
This was as much to get them to fix their calibration as anything.

I must have a different batch (and mine's black), it was not off centre or at least enough to catch my eye and I'm VERY picky.

Having said all that, I managed to scratch that panel right near that logo when doing the build, so it now has a sticker over it anyway.
