BD PROCHOT Throttling with Windows VBS

I installed Throttlestop today to try undervolting, and I got confused because my computer was stable even when setting offset voltage to extreme values like -1 volt. It turns out, this offset voltage was being completely ignored by my system, and VID wasn't changing at all. I googled around and found out that I needed to disable Windows VBS, which I did by going to Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off, and unchecking Virtual Machine Platform and Windows Hypervisor Platform.

This solved the issue of voltage offset being ignored. However, now it seems like BD PROCHOT is throttling and capping my CPU at just under 800 MHz. The box is permanently checked and greyed out.

I can enable VBS again and return to the previous behavior with the uncapped clock speed, but then I can't undervolt. My system is a Thinkpad X1 Extreme with a i7 8750H (8th Gen). Anyone know what I can do?

Using ver. 9.7.3 solved this issue for me. BD PROCHOT is still greyed out but it is unchecked and no longer throttling my clock speed.
