Well as the title says, all so be nice if it could handle schematics as well.

Better still would be some thing that could make a none searchable PDF file searchable.

I know of no such program. There are OCR (optical character recognition) programs that let you scan printouts, book pages or newspaper articles into files you can then edit with Word, or whatever. But pictures? Nope.

An OCR program can also be used to scan a pdf document that has been scanned, then converted into a searchable file. But again - not a picture.
