Best LCD monitor for the price?

I have way too much to fill my brain these days, so keeping up with monitors is about last on my list in terms of hardware. I'm needing a new monitor for a new benching/gaming rig. I've been looking, but I'm trying to get the best deal I can on a 21.5"-24" monitor. What I'm most concerned about is reliability, and minimizing "ghosting". A bonus would be 1080p, but it is not really necessary. I'd like to keep it under $180 if possible. So, these are a couple I've been considering after a bit of research. Please give me your thoughts on these monitors and suggestions for other monitors. Keep in mind that I pay 9.5% tax for Newegg, so often they are not the best deal for me.
