best pci card

hi, my friend is in much need of a pci card because he has no agp slots :(

would anyone suggest the best possible graphics solution?

is there anything better than the PowerColor Radeon 9250 / 256MB DDR / PCI / DVI / VGA / TV-Out / Video Card?

A geforce 5500 or 5700 would be best. If you cant find either of those, get that radeon 9250.
