AMD no idea.
NV panel might have some settings resolution for sure but might have some other stuff to.

Works great. Also tested with Discworld Noir. Which I also couldn't get to run in window. Works great for all window sizes I want.

funny how that works isn't it?! if it's like me, you spend a hour banging your head against the wall, and then a bit after making a post looking for help, you inevitably find the magic answer in the corner of the web lol
I was going to suggest using an AHK script I use for similar purposes but whatever program you found (I'll have to check it out later....I'm not about to search for that phrase on my work laptop lmao) looks to be more user friendly since the script would require some manual adjustment to the code like to fit to your screen size sorta stuff
