Mine does too, but I know I'm running a beta video driver.

Your driver is really old; is there a newer WHQL driver?

it't the newest powercolor driver for my card

your driver is almost 2 years old, which you can tell by the name, also AMD rarely posts WHQL drivers nowadays, as the certification takes time and expenses

Go directly to AMD's driver website and get a Gpu driver there, manufacturer drivers are rarely any different and rarely updated as you can see.

i tried, but i could not change the screen resolution

I was pretty sure I saw WHQL drivers last time; I try to run those, but for some reason, the WHQL drivers cause stuttering on my system.

I was stuck on a driver from 2016 for a long time until they figured it out; but now only the beta drivers work.

It's kinda like the stuttering you used to get in some games in crossfire, and it's not a crossfire setup anymore.

Thanks for the link, much easier than AMD's page.

i tried adrenalin 19.7.4 but i couldn't change the screen scaling, so i couldn't see the full screen

Did you try the screen resolution setting in windows itself?

I got that set wrong once, and I had to scroll around to see my desktop; that kinda sounds like what you're saying.

There are settings under the display tab in Radeon settings, that control GPU scaling, as well as the override part of the setting submenu, also under settings.
That's as much control as I can imagine; you can really screw things up with that menu. :)
