Bios .bin instead of .rom

This may be easy to answer.

In the vga Bios Database of techpowerup, the bios' are listed and uploaded as .bin files but the tool (nvflash) to upload and flash a card requires a .rom file?

just wondering what I should do at this point.

I think GPU-Z saves it as a .bin file, but yes, needs to be a .rom file for nvflash. Simply change the extension to .rom

Just a blurb, not sure what you're doing, but it's wise to always save a copy of your card's original bios. It's easy to capture using GPU-Z. Ask if you need help..
