BIOS Needed - Inno3D GTX 1080 Ti X2

Hello, everyone.

I have an Inno3D GTX 1080 Ti X2 [HerculeZ Design] card that has had its BIOS flashed with a version from another brand (which has led to losing control over thermal and power limits, which in turn has led to 95+ temps and, of course, crashes under load).

The TechPowerUp VGA BIOS Collection offers BIOS files for other Inno3D 1080 Ti cards and I have apparently solved the problem by using an Inno3D 1080 Ti iChill X4 BIOS (version 86.02.40.00.3a), but I would feel better having the original BIOS of the card.

If anyone has the original or latest BIOS file for my model (N108T-1SDN-Q6MN), please drop a line.
I have already filed a support form with Inno3D, but it might take a while to receive an answer and the file (in case I do, I will update this post). We should also add it to the collection. :)

Thanks in advance!

Did you look in the unverified Bios's?
This is for the 1080 Ti X2

Thank you for the link. I see now it mentions the X2. I will give it a try.

if your good on the x4 bios i would not flash like crazy just to get the old thingy.
if it works then dont change it.
just my 2 cents

The card works fine now.
The only problem I still have is a lack of control over fan RPM in MSI Afterburner and Inno3D TuneIT. On auto, the RPM changes according to temperature, but nothing happens when I try to set a percentage on manual.
Any thoughts?

If this is not a new issue, most likely the fan controller isn't supported by the apps, make sure you have the latest versions, try to contact the developers.

Inno3D support has sent me a vbios file they say is the original for the 1080 Ti X2.
The same file is available in the unverified section of the TPU VGA bios collection:

I managed to flash the bios with the INNO3D TuneIT OC Utility. However, I still do not have manual control over fan speeds or Core Voltage with their utility, nor with MSI Afterburner (Core Voltage greyed out). Still investigating.

you mean you can go higher on fan rpm but not lower? is it 40% minimum ?

and voltage greyed out - you know where to look for the unlock options in msi ab ?

Core Voltage control restored (I forgot about the option in MSI AB). Thank you for reminding me.
As for fan RPM, once I disable Auto control, I can move the slider anywhere from 25% (the minimum) to 100% and hit Apply, but nothing happens.
As a side note, I remember being able to manually adjust fan speed with a different vbios. In any case, it is not really important, as the Auto function works well and keeps the card cool.
