what does "identity rules" and "luke (administrator)" mean? and why would my admin be disabled!?

Did you kill/shut down any services?

Registry cleaner never ran? Time to uninstall BitDefender and use something like Avast.

i clean my registry with ccleaner, and i just installed the 30 day trial of bitdefender....why should i delete it?

Registry cleaners don't do any good and sometimes can do quite a bit of damage. If BitDefender is concentrating on registry cleaner applications and prompting you to enabled disabled accounts then that's not good IMO.

ok, then what do i do to fix it?

There's nothing wrong.

Identity Rules are a feature of BitDefender: http://kb.bitdefender.com/KB388-en--Creating-Identity-Rules.html

Luke (Administrator) is an account on the computer named "Luke" that has Administrator rights. If you want to remove it because you feel it doesn't belong then go to Control Panel\User Accounts\Add or remove user accounts and delete it.

The notice is just telling you that the account is there but disabled. Not sure if the "fix" would be to enable it?

Avast 4.8 is complete free. No need for a 30 day trial and you won't get any weird "fix issue" warnings like this.

Go here to download Avast: http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html

oh ok, well i am going to keep this for the rest of the 30 days, i am pretty happy with it and i mine as well use it. then i will get avast, thanks for the info and the links.
