Black Screen After GPU Bios Flash

Hi
I have an rx 580 as a secondary gpu, which i flashed the bios and now my pc won't start, only a black screen appears, not even bios show up.
I have onother gpu (my primary), that are connected to monitor and when i disconnect the rx 580 the pc start normally.
I saved the original bios but i cant start the pc with the rx 580 connected to flash the bios.
I already tried to start the pc with the rx 580 connected but without the 8 pin power supply connected, but the gpu is not detected.
What can i do?

I've already managed to boot windows with the gpu turned on, but now the gpu doesn't show up in the device manager.
What can i do?
