Black screen after installing windows 10

Hello, I just recently upgraded my PC

I got a GeForce rtx 3060
An intel i7-12700
On a msi z690 tomahawk mother board with 32 gigs of ram

I installed windows 10 on a brand new SSD
And started to down load the msi drivers to get internet and sound.
After installing windows I started downloading the msi drivers. The lan/wifi drivers would not install for some reason. I went to restart my system and it flickered the MSI logo and went black.
I tried a different monitor. No luck, different cable as well.

I tried to reset cmos and it still black screened.

it has connection and I don’t get a no signal found error on my monitors. It’s just not giving picture.

try gpu in another system if it still has black screen the gpu died

Update. Reinstalled windows by removing ssd and reinserting. Now on windows screen my mother board drivers won’t install
