Black Screen and Resolution Changed in Games

The last couple of weeks I've had this problem in some games were I play for a bit and then my main monitors black screens and the second freezes for a couple seconds. Then they come back but the main monitor were the game was on has the resolution changed. I tried both a gtx 1080 and a 5700xt and they both have the same problem. The game was WoW that did the black screen and I also tried Destiny 2 but with Destiny the gtx 1080 would black screen and the 5700xt would just crashed and would say something along graphical memory error. Any help would be really great. Because the only thing I'm thinking now is that my power supply is going I've had that for about 6 years now and maybe its time to replace it?

2 high-end VGAs crashing at load. Sounds like unstable PSU.

Yeah someone suggested running occt and i tried running 3 times on the power setting and it blue screed before it hit the one minute mark. So I guess need to get a new psu
