Bloody B318 keyboard backlight problem

Good day,
Backlight pulses every half a second, pressing Fn+F12 or Fn+left/right doesn't do anything, only Fn+up/down works and changes backlight brightness (as it should).
It all started after I've plugged said keyboard into notebook and then returned it back into PC.
I've tried probably all possible manipulations in keydominator - uninstalled, deleted registry keys, installed 2020 version, uninstalled, registry..., installed 2017 build - all to no effect.
Memory reset button in keydominator does nothing, the program itself works sort of fine - it reacts to mentioned above key combinations being pressed, it remaps keys.
I've noticed that PC doesn't detect keyboard as "b318", but as default usb one.

I want to do a factory reset, since every second guide on the internet blames newer versions of keydominator and onboard memory, but am unable to find how to.
So that's the question. Any battery inside that I could remove, anything else?

I have the same problem with my keyboard bloody b188 and i don't know how to fix it, sorry my english is not good.
