"Boot Failure Detected" after OC

I encountered this issue on yesterday. I was using that OC settings (R5 5600 1.124V 4.45GHz) for months and did not cause a problem until yesterday. After a while I tried advancing the voltage value for 1.136V but was waste of effort. So is there anyone who encountered this or any similiar problem? Did I cause a damage to CPU while was running on that OC settings?

Did it happen once, or do you encounter the failure on every boot? Do you encounter it at stock settings?

Damage - unlikely. Reset the BIOS to default, via battery removal if need be, and see how you do at stock. If all is well - you are good, stuck to PBO and CO on Zen for OC in the future. If it still fails to boot, well, that might be a problem.

It works fine on Cinebench R23, Even hits 4.20GHz during render. I won't touch the settings for a while. Should It be a software problem? Because my mobo is gigabyte and their Smart Fan software doesn't even properly work lol.
