Hello everyone , a friend just built his 1st PC unfortunately it is crashing during playing games , first thing I did is checking his RAM 2 kits ( adata xpg d60 spectrix 3200MHz 8GBx4) using Windows Memory Diagnostic , I got an error when XMP was enabled and no errors when xmp is disabled, we tried different RAM also 2 kits ( Crucial Ballistix 3200 MHz 8GBx4) which passed the Windows Memory Diagnostic with no errors even when XMP is enabled , but the PC is still crashing during playing games ( Overwatch ) even when xmp is disabled
I'm still trying different ways including using MemTest64 and getting more info from him
PC specs:
i7 9700K
MB msi mpg-z390-gaming-pro-carbon
1st RAM we tried is adata xpg d60 spectrix 3200MHz 8GBx4
2nd RAM ( current one ) Crucial Ballistix 3200 MHz 8GBx4
VGA is Aorus RTX 2070 super
windows 10 64bit 1909
SSD 256 Lexar
PSU Cooler Master v850 Gold
All drivers are installed from the DvD provided with the MB , I did advised him to update from the website.
Geforce driver is the latest
I want to know what should I search for within the memory dump files still trying to learn how to analyze these files and any help is appreciated , I'm using BlueScreenView
