You have to pay like 5 Euros every 3-6 months to keep the free stuff going on, you can use this money to call to mobile phones and other non-free things. It's their way of getting rid of inactive users and make some money I guess. It's a nice service though yes.

You get free minutes nowadays? It used to be limited to 1min per call when you didn't have any credits.

it was like that when i used, but sometimes it was free for a endless time until they take the country out of the free list

You can call for 120 days without upping your credit. 300 min for 7 days.
