Can I OC this??

Can I OC my PC with this current Temp. or maybe I need some cooling to do??

For the GPU, use a program like Afterburner and increase your fan speeds for better cooling. It will allow you to overclock the card a bit.

For the CPU, your temps are pretty low already. You have some room to work with and you should be able to OC no problems.

Just start low and work your way up with the overclocks, watch the temps and adjust clocks/voltage when needed for stability.

Set cpu multi to 22x (4.4Ghz) and try it out- if it's stable but runs warm (around/over 58C) then drop the voltage a bit.

Mine runs 56-58C full load 24/7 on an air cooler @4.4Ghz (1.32v)

*note- going over 4.5Ghz usually uses a lot of power- under that power use is close to stock

Consider doing a search for FX overclocking guides and doing a little bit of research if you are doing this for the first time.
