can rx580 decrease time of rendering in after effect?

hi, i have a question:
can rx580 decrease time of rendering in after effect?
i ask this question since i don't think after effect support rx580. also i know amd graphic cards aren't good with adobe softwares like after effect and premiere.
so can you reply this question. i want to buy a cheap gpu, for couple months a second hand rx580.
