In short the problem is after a clean windows install i ran emsisoft emergency kit is shows system is clean but turing the emsisoft scan windows defender always detects Trojan:Win32/Woreflint.A!cl location temp folder.

And do rule out an anomaly between emsisoft emergency kit and windows defender i did a clean install on a second desktop and scanned and no detection.

I guess grab the hash of the suspicious file and see what Virustotal has to say about it.

Yeah i was so tired and made a rookie mistake not to realise that windows so called format is shait so i used killdisk and problem is gone can close this one.
